When you list with us, you get a clear plan and steady communication. We explain the timeline, what to expect from buyers and inspections, and how each offer compares, so every decision is yours and well informed. We coordinate with the buyer's agent, attorneys and lenders to keep the sale on track, and solve obstacles quickly so your move can happen on schedule.
Investing
We start by understanding what you want your investment to do for you and your timeline. Then we search for properties that fit, from single-family homes to multi-unit buildings, and help you weigh location, condition and price. We coordinate with your lender, attorney and inspector, and stay focused on your best interests so you can invest with confidence. Please note: we focus on buying, selling and investing and do not handle rentals or property management.

I can’t thank Maria enough. She was a champ and advocate the whole way. We accepted an offer within a couple days of listing and it was higher than we could have hoped for. The was side by side every step, the listing was perfect, and she gave us updates all the time. We had an issue during the inspection and she found us a plumber and got him there the same day for an issue in the basement so the inspection could be finished.
